What this site is

This website provides information about group air travel and lets you request a quote. Submitting a quote request does not create a booking, reserve a seat or guarantee a price. A reservation exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and any required deposit has been received.

Fares and availability

All fares, offers and discounts described on this site are indicative, subject to availability at the time of booking, and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Group fares are quoted by airlines on a case-by-case basis and depend on route, date, cabin and party size. Any voucher code is subject to the conditions stated when it is offered and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.

Airline terms apply

Every ticket is subject to the conditions of carriage of the operating airline, including its rules on changes, cancellations, baggage, check-in deadlines and denied boarding. We act as an agent in arranging your travel; the airline is responsible for performing it.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate passenger names exactly as they appear on travel documents. Corrections after ticketing may incur airline fees.
• Ensure every traveller holds valid documentation — passport, visa and any health requirements — for the full itinerary, including transit points.
• Arrive for check-in within the airline's stated deadlines.
• Pay deposits and balances by the dates we confirm, or the booking may be cancelled.

Airline names, logos and trademarks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Airlines Group Travel is an independent travel agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline.
