Our team of travel experts handles the parts of a group booking that are genuinely hard: getting a real quote out of an airline's group department, holding a block of seats while your numbers settle, and keeping the fare fixed when the public price moves.
Why groups are different
A group booking is not ten individual tickets bought at once. Once ten or more people travel on the same itinerary, most airlines move you to a separate group desk with its own fare rules — usually a deposit instead of full payment, names due much later, and more forgiving change terms. Those fares are not published on the airline's own website, which is why comparing them takes a phone call to someone who does it daily.
