This policy explains what personal information Airlines Group Travel, operated byAirfare Services USA LLC, collects through this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to this site only.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us. When you submit a quote or contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number where provided, and the trip details you enter — origin, destination, dates, party size, cabin and any message.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and aggregate traffic measurement.

We do not ask for payment card details, passport numbers or other sensitive identifiers through this website. Never send them to us by email.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you a group travel quote you have asked for.
• To contact you about that enquiry, by email or phone.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems.
• To comply with legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiry details are shared only with the parties needed to fulfil your request: our own group travel specialists, the airlines or consolidators we approach for a fare on your behalf, and the service providers who host this site and deliver our email. Those providers are permitted to process the data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function — for example the session cookie that keeps an administrator signed in to the publishing panel.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to meet our commercial and legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Write toinfo@airlinesgrouptravel.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR; we will honour valid requests made under them.

To stop receiving marketing email from us, use the unsubscribe link in any such message or email us directly. Requests about an active booking will still be answered.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us such information, contact us and we will delete it.
